Contents of reports; plans and estimates for improvements
Sec. 1. It shall be the duty of every state institution, office, board,
bureau, society, commission or other organization which receives an
appropriation from the state, to furnish to the governor elect of the
state, upon his request, within six (6) days after each general election
in November, such information in relation to the management,
control, receipts, expenditures and needs of such state institution,
office, board, bureau, society, commission or other organization as
the governor may require and in such form as the governor may
prescribe and to furnish plans and reliable estimates for all
improvements for which appropriations are to be requested from the
next general assembly.
