OPERATION OF RAILROADS

62-417. Report of delayed trains -- Punishment of corporation. Any railway corporation that shall violate the provisions of the three (3) preceding sections shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not to exceed $100 for each offense.
