PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT LICENSING ACT

54-4514. Injunctive relief. The board may bring an action in the district court for a temporary restraining order, preliminary injunction or permanent injunction against any person who violates the provisions of this chapter.
