CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE

46-1147. Petition for new trial -- Newly discovered evidence -- Fraud. At any time within one (1) year after sentence is imposed the accused may petition the adjutant general for a new trial on the grounds of newly discovered evidence or fraud on the court-martial.
