APPROPRIATIONS BY BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT OF UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR

42-503. Right to file application under general laws. Nothing herein shall be construed to deprive the department of water resources of the United States from filing application for waters nor from obtaining permit, license and certificate of water right under the general laws of the state having to do with the appropriation of waters of the state.
