CHAPTER 5

APPROPRIATIONS BY BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT OF UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR

42-502. Revocation of permit. Such permit, license and certificate of water right may be revoked by the director of the department of water resources in his discretion for the purpose of issuing permit for the construction of any reservoir to have a storage capacity of at least five hundred (500) acre feet of water for irrigation purposes.
