FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICTS
42-3114. Compensation of commissioners. The commissioners of the district shall each receive for their services the sum of twenty dollars ($20.00) per day, and fifteen cents (15¢) per mile for travel and their necessary expenses for each day they shall be away from their place of residence and engaged in the business of their office. The commissioners shall present an itemized account under oath on forms prescribed by the board.
