34-731. Presidential preference vote. [effective until january 1, 2011.] In years in which a president of the United States is to be nominated and elected, a presidential preference primary shall be held at which voters shall express their choice for candidates for nominations for president. The presidential preference primary shall be held in conjunction with the primary election, on the fourth Tuesday in May of each presidential year.
