ELECTION CONTESTS -- LEGISLATIVE AND STATE EXECUTIVE OFFICES

34-2112. Witnesses’ fees and mileage. Every witness attending by virtue of any subpoena herein directed to be issued is entitled to receive the witness fees as allowed under the Idaho Rules of Civil Procedure.
