31-4325. Conduct of election for proposed indebtedness. [effective until january 1, 2011] The election board or boards shall conduct the election in a manner prescribed by law for the holding of general elections and shall take their returns to the secretary of the district at any regular or special meeting of the board held within five (5) days following the date of such election. The returns thereof shall be canvassed and the results thereof shall be declared.
