GENERAL PROVISIONS

30-1-122. Filing, service, and copying fees. (1) The secretary of state shall collect the following fees when the documents described in this subsection are delivered to him for filing:

Document

(a) Articles of incorporation

(b) Application for use of deceptively similar name

(c) Application for reserved name

(d) Notice of transfer of reserved name

(e) Application for registered name

(f) Application for renewal of registered name

(g) Amendment of articles of incorporation

(h) Restatement of articles of incorporation with amendment of articles

(i) Articles of merger or share exchange

(j) Articles of dissolution

(k) Articles of revocation of dissolution

(l) Certificate of administrative dissolution

(m) Application for reinstatement following administrative dissolution

(n) Certificate of reinstatement

(o) Certificate of judicial dissolution

(p) Application for certificate of authority

(q) Application for amended certificate of authority

(r) Application for certificate of withdrawal

(s) Certificate of revocation of authority to transact business

(t) Annual report

(u) Articles of correction

(v) Certificate of existence or authorization

(w) Any other document required or permitted to be filed by this chapter

(x) Any document when the filing party requires the certificate therefor to be returned within eight (8) working hours, a surcharge of

(2) The secretary of state shall collect a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) each time process is served on him under this chapter. The party to a proceeding causing service of process is entitled to recover this fee as costs if he prevails in the proceeding.

(3) The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for copying and certifying the copy of any filed document relating to a domestic or foreign corporation:

(a) Twenty-five cents (25¢) per page for copying; and

(b) Ten dollars ($10.00) for the certificate.
