PROCEEDINGS IN MAGISTRATE’S DIVISION OF THE DISTRICT COURT
19-3940. Transmission of papers. When an appeal is taken the judge or justice must immediately transmit to the clerk of the district court of the county, the complaint, notice of appeal, the depositions of any witnesses examined conditionally as provided in the last section, and any recognizance entered into by the defendant or any witness.
