§ 53-8-73 - (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Postponement of sale pending trial of claim

53-8-73. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Postponement of sale pending trial of claim


When a claim has been interposed as provided in Code Sections 53-8-70 through 53-8-72, the sale of the property advertised and claimed shall be postponed until after the termination of the claim case.
