§ 53-8-51 - (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Divestment and transfer of liens by sale under order of probate court

53-8-51. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Divestment and transfer of liens by sale under order of probate court


Where an administrator or executor sells real property under a proper order of the probate court, liens thereon shall be divested and transferred to the proceeds of the sale.
