§ 53-8-45 - (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Property held adversely to estate; recovery prior to sale

53-8-45. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Property held adversely to estate; recovery prior to sale


An administrator or executor may not sell property held adversely to the estate by a third person; he shall first recover possession.
