§ 53-7-78 - (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Failure of administrator or executor to return inventory and appraisement as ground for removal

53-7-78. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Failure of administrator or executor to return inventory and appraisement as ground for removal


The failure of an administrator or executor to return a correct inventory and appraisement shall be sufficient ground for removal.
