§ 53-7-74 - (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Written return of appraisers; certification; delivery

53-7-74. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Written return of appraisers; certification; delivery


The return of the appraisers shall be in writing and certified by their own signatures, any three being competent to act. It shall be delivered to the administrator or executor and by him returned to the judge of the probate court.
