§ 53-7-6 - (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Right of survivorship between administrators or executors

53-7-6. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Right of survivorship between administrators or executors


If administration is granted to two or more administrators or executors, upon the death of any one administrator or executor the right of administration shall continue in the survivor or survivors.
