53-6-36. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Temporary administration -- Bond and security of temporary administrator; amount


The judge of the probate court may issue temporary letters of administration upon the giving by the party or parties to whom they are granted of good and sufficient bond, with security, for double the amount of all the personal property belonging to the estate.
