§ 53-2-113 - (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Election for incompetent legatee or devisee

53-2-113. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Election for incompetent legatee or devisee


If, from any cause, a legatee or devisee who is required by Code Section 53-2-111 or 53-2-112 to make an election is incompetent to do so, the court, after investigation as to values, will elect for him.
