§ 53-2-110 - (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Effect of assent of one of several executors

53-2-110. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Effect of assent of one of several executors


If there are several qualified executors, the assent of one shall vest the title in the legatee or devisee, unless another executor has actual possession of the property.
