§ 53-2-100 - (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Direction by testator that realty be converted into personalty or vice versa

53-2-100. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Direction by testator that realty be converted into personalty or vice versa


Where a testator directs that real estate shall be converted into personalty, or vice versa, the direction shall impress the property with the character of that into which it is to be converted, from the date upon which the change is to be made.
