§ 44-11-6 - Disclaimer by defendant; effect on costs

44-11-6. Disclaimer by defendant; effect on costs


A defendant in ejectment may disclaim any claim of title or right of possession. After such disclaimer is filed, such defendant shall not be liable for any future court costs.
