§ 40-4-43 - Penalty for violation of Code Section 40-4-40 or Code Section 40-4-41

40-4-43. Penalty for violation of Code Section 40-4-40 or Code Section 40-4-41


Any person who fails to comply with any provision of Code Section 40-4-40 or 40-4-41 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
