§ 40-3-93 - Evidence of criminal intent or knowledge

40-3-93. Evidence of criminal intent or knowledge


In a prosecution for a crime specified in this chapter, evidence that the defendant has committed a prior act or acts of the same kind is admissible to prove criminal intent or knowledge.
