§ 40-2-50 - Definitions

40-2-50. Definitions
As used in this article, the term:
(1) "Fleet" means 1,000 or more motor vehicles.
(2) "Fleet registration plan" means the method of registering the motor vehicles of a fleet as provided in this article.
