§ 31-10-4 - Appointment of state registrar of vital records

31-10-4. Appointment of state registrar of vital records


The commissioner shall appoint the state registrar of vital records, hereinafter referred to as "state registrar," subject to the rules and regulations of the State Personnel Administration, classified service.
