627.833 Administrative fine and probation in lieu of suspension, revocation, or refusal to renew license.
The office may, in its discretion in lieu of a suspension, revocation, or refusal to renew or continue any license, impose on the licensee an administrative penalty or place such licensee on probation pursuant to ss. 626.681 and 626.691.
