381.00325 Hepatitis A awareness program.
The Department of Health shall develop a Hepatitis A awareness program. This program shall include information regarding the appropriate education of the public and information regarding the availability of Hepatitis A vaccine. The department shall work with private businesses and associations in developing the program and in disseminating the information.
