The Bill was adopted on first and second readings on April 4, 1989, and April 18, 1989, respectively. Signed by the Mayor on April 27, 1989, it was assigned Act No. 8-25 and transmitted to both Houses of Congress for its review.
Law 9-187, the “Banking Institutions Trust Investment Act of 1992,” was introduced in Council and assigned Bill No. 9-395, which was referred to the Committee on Education.
