Sec. 9-439b. Penalty for false statement. Any person wilfully making a false
statement in a statement which he signs and furnishes to a moderator of a primary under
section 9-439a shall be guilty of false statement, as provided in section 9-8, and shall
be subject to the penalties provided for false statement.
