      Sec. 7-35aa. (Note: This section is effective October 1, 2009.) Short title: Uniform Real Property Electronic Recording Act. Sections 7-35aa to 7-35gg, inclusive, may be cited as the "Uniform Real Property Electronic Recording Act".
