Sec. 5-186. Transfer from Municipal Retirement Fund. Except as provided in
section 6-2b, there shall be no further liability of any county for payment into the Connecticut Municipal Employees' Retirement Fund. There shall be transferred to the State
Employees Retirement Fund from said municipal fund such amount as the State Retirement Commission determines to be equitable by reason of the taking of county employees into state service under the provisions of section 6-28c of the 1959 supplement to
the general statutes, the reduction in liability of such county to said municipal fund as
provided in this section, and any amount expended from said municipal fund by the
State Retirement Commission as compensation for actuarial services in connection with
the computation of such amount.
