Sec. 48-54. Employment and compensation restrictions for employees of Office of Ombudsman for Property Rights. No employee of the Office of Ombudsman
for Property Rights may:
(1) Be employed by, or hold a position on, any public agency other than the Office
of Ombudsman for Property Rights;
(2) Receive or have the right to receive, directly or indirectly, remuneration under
a compensation arrangement with respect to an eminent domain procedure; or
(3) Knowingly accept employment with a public agency for a period of one year
following termination of that person's services with the Office of Ombudsman for Property Rights.
