Sec. 45a-662. (Formerly Sec. 45-77b). Conveyance of property by order of
court. The court of probate in which a conservator has been appointed may, concurrently
with courts of equity, order such conservator to convey the interest of the conserved
person in any real property which ought in equity to be conveyed to another person.
