Sec. 45a-542ff. Application to existing trust or decedent's estate. Sections 45a-542 to 45a-542ff, inclusive, apply to every trust or decedent's estate existing on or after
January 1, 2000, except as otherwise expressly provided in the will or terms of the trust
or in said sections.
