Sec. 45a-200. (Formerly Sec. 45-195b). Fiduciary certificate effective for one
year. A certificate of the appointment of a fiduciary issued by the clerk of the court
shall be sufficient evidence of the authority and identity of such fiduciary for all purposes
for one year after the date of such issuance, in the absence of actual notice of revocation.
