Sec. 42-334. Regulations. The Commissioner of Consumer Protection, in consultation with the director of the Office of Protection and Advocacy for Persons with Disabilities, may adopt regulations, in accordance with chapter 54, to carry out the provisions
of sections 42-330 to 42-333, inclusive. Such regulations may establish an alternative
dispute resolution program to investigate and adjudicate disputes arising under sections
42-330 to 42-333, inclusive.
