Sec. 38a-233. (Formerly Sec. 38-404). Insurance company may issue contracts
for payment of legal costs. Any insurance company authorized to make any contract
for accident and health insurance or liability insurance in this state may, when licensed
by the commissioner, issue contracts for the payment of costs of legal services, including,
but not limited to, court costs and attorneys' fees incurred by or on behalf of persons
insured by such contracts.
