Sec. 36b-73. (Formerly Sec. 36-516). Penalties. (a) Any person who wilfully violates any provision of subdivision (6) of section 36b-67 shall be fined for each violation
a maximum of twenty-five thousand dollars or imprisoned for not more than ten years
or both.
(b) Any person who wilfully violates any other provision of sections 36b-60 to 36b-80, inclusive, shall be fined for each violation a maximum of two thousand dollars or
imprisoned for not more than two years or both.
(c) No information may be returned under sections 36b-60 to 36b-80, inclusive,
more than five years after the alleged violation.
