Sec. 29-112. Fees. The following fees shall be collected by the commissioner and
by him paid to the State Treasurer: For inspection and annual approval of any premises
or place where moving picture films are used or exhibited, fifty dollars; for inspection
and approval of any projection room or area as defined in regulations adopted under
section 29-109, twenty-five dollars; for inspection of any other building or plan of building, incident to the administration of section 29-109, twenty-five dollars. Permits and
approvals issued under the provisions of said sections may be for definite dates only,
but, unless otherwise specified, shall cover the premises described from date of issue
until the first day of February next following.
