Sec. 26-171. Taking smelt in Greenwich. No person shall take any smelt in any
of the waters of Long Island Sound, or in any river or creek or tributary thereof lying
north and east of a line drawn from the southwest end of J. Kennedy Tod's Point to what
is known as W. M. Ritch's Dock in Byram Harbor, in the town of Greenwich, otherwise
than with a hook and line.
