Sec. 22-321. Penalty. Any person, or any officer or agent of any corporation, who
violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided or who
obstructs or attempts to obstruct the Commissioner of Agriculture or his deputy or any
of his assistants in the performance of his duty, or who violates any regulation established
by said commissioner, shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars or imprisoned
not more than thirty days or both.
