Sec. 22-291. Tuberculosis-free accredited herd defined. A tuberculosis-free accredited herd shall be any herd which has been maintained under sanitary conditions
and which has passed two successful annual or three successful semiannual physical
examinations and tuberculin tests. Each tuberculin test and physical examination shall
be made by a veterinarian regularly employed by the United States Bureau of Animal
Industry or a veterinarian authorized by the Commissioner of Agriculture.

the merger of the Departments of Agriculture and Consumer Protection, effective June 1, 2004.
