Sec. 22-289. Manufacture and sale of tuberculin. The Commissioner of Agriculture may, in writing, permit any person to make, produce, keep, use or sell tuberculin,
and no person without such written permit shall make, produce, keep, use or sell tuberculin. Any person making any sale of tuberculin shall, within twenty-four hours after such
sale, report in writing to said commissioner the quantity of tuberculin sold and the name
and address of the purchaser.
