Sec. 21a-94. (Formerly Sec. 19-214). Injunction proceedings. In addition to the
remedies hereinafter provided, the commissioner is authorized to apply to the Superior
Court for, and such court shall have jurisdiction upon hearing and for cause shown to
grant, a temporary or permanent injunction restraining any person from violating any
provision of section 21a-93, irrespective of whether or not there exists an adequate
remedy at law.
