Sec. 19a-349. (Formerly Sec. 19-320). Action by state's attorney. Fines. When
the existence of any such nuisance has been established, the state's attorney shall proceed
promptly, and all money collected shall be paid to the State Treasurer. The proceeds of
the sale of the personal property, as provided in section 19a-348, or so much of such
proceeds as may be necessary, shall be applied in payment of costs of the action and
the abatement of any nuisance, except as hereinafter provided.
