Sec. 19a-89a. Database on nursing personnel. The Department of Public Health,
in consultation with the State Board of Examiners for Nursing, shall establish a database
on nursing personnel to assist the department, the board, other state agencies, employers
of nurses, educational institutions and professional and health care industry associations
and societies in planning for nurse staffing patterns and practices, and in developing
and implementing their respective programs and activities.
