Sec. 19a-62. (Formerly Sec. 19-22c). Services for children suffering from cancer. The health center of The University of Connecticut at Farmington shall establish
and administer a program of services for children suffering from cancer. Such center
shall provide medical evaluations for such children, counseling and education concerning the disease for the children and their families, and such other services as are necessary
to accomplish the purposes of this section. The staff of the center may include, but shall
not be limited to, a nurse practitioner, a dietitian, a physician and a social case worker.
