Sec. 14-68. Definitions. Terms used in this part shall be construed in accordance
with section 14-1 and as follows:
(a) "Drivers' school" means the business of giving instruction, for compensation,
in the driving of private passenger motor vehicles and does not include training of professional drivers of motor vehicles other than private passenger motor vehicles;
(b) "Fraudulent practice" includes but is not limited to (1) any conduct or representation tending to give the impression that a license to operate a motor vehicle or any other
license, registration or service granted by the commissioner may be obtained by any
means other than the means prescribed by law or (2) furnishing or obtaining the same
by illegal or by improper means or (3) requesting, accepting, exacting or collecting
money for such purpose.
